We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable law, legal standards, and common business requirements.
- Cox may also use suppliers who have been validated and approved by our end customers. We consider these suppliers to be fully qualified under the umbrella of the end user’s qualification process.
- Cox supports the goal of ending violence, human rights violations, and environmental destruction in those countries listed in the Conflict Minerals Rule, Section 1502 of the 2012 Dodd-Frank Act, and we expect our suppliers to comply with the applicable requirements under this legislation.
