Accrual of PTO (Paid Time Off) starts on the day of hire. Employees accrue a max of 40 hours of vacation during the first year of service, 80 hours after two years of service, and up to 200 hours (5 weeks) after twenty years of service.
Company-sponsored health insurance is available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of service. Cox employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance.
Full time employees receive five standard paid holidays per year, with additional days added based on performance.
Cox offers a matched-contribution 401(K) program to all employees, including part-time.
Employees that refer a new employee can receive up to a $400 bonus, as well as a catered lunch for the referring employee’s department.
Cox pays out a monthly bonus based on the productivity of factory labor and value added.
